How does FastBots install on my platform?
On most platforms it's a single embed snippet pasted into your site template — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Ghost and the rest. Shopify has a deeper native integration with OAuth where the bot can read live products and order data. Each integration page has the step-by-step setup.
Will it slow down my site?
The widget loads asynchronously, so it doesn't block your page from rendering. For Core Web Vitals you can check before-and-after in PageSpeed Insights — most sites see no meaningful change.
Which plan do I need to use FastBots on my platform?
The free plan lets you build and test a chatbot on any platform. To deploy it on a live site you'll need the Essential plan ($39/month) or above. Some platform integrations (notably Shopify's deep store integration) are only on paid plans.
Can I use FastBots without a website?
Yes. As well as embedding the widget on a site, FastBots also works on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Telegram. You can also share a direct chat link if you don't have a site at all.
Will the chatbot stay accurate when I update my site?
Auto Retrain (available on Business plan and above) revisits selected pages on a schedule and refreshes the bot's knowledge when content changes. You can also retrain manually any time.
