In Magento Admin, go to Content → Design → Configuration, edit the theme you want the bot on, and paste the script into the Scripts and Style Sheets field under HTML Head. Save the configuration, then flush Magento cache from System → Cache Management. The widget will load across your store.

No. FastBots installs on Magento and Adobe Commerce as an embedded chat widget trained on your store's published content: product pages, policies, FAQs, blog posts. It does not natively read live order data, inventory levels or customer accounts from your Magento database. For those workflows you have two routes: connect the relevant app via Zapier MCP so the bot can take actions and look things up during the chat, or capture the request in the conversation and route it to your team by email or an after-the-chat Zapier or Make workflow.

Not from Magento directly. The chatbot explains your policies and what's on your product pages at the time of crawl. It can't read your Magento database on its own.
