Build your bot in FastBots, copy the script from Deploy → Add to a Website, then in Systeme.io open your funnel or website Settings, scroll to Custom Code, and paste the script into the Header Code box. Save, refresh the live page and the widget appears.

Yes. You can add the same bot to as many funnels or sites as you like, subject to your message limit. If you'd prefer different bots for different offers — say one for a course funnel and one for a coaching application — you can do that on Essential plan and above, which includes two chatbots.

Not as a native integration. You can send captured leads to Systeme.io through a Zapier or Make workflow once the chat ends. Most users do this — lead is captured in chat, Zapier adds them as a contact and tags them based on which funnel they came from.

The widget loads asynchronously, so it doesn't block your sales page or checkout from rendering. If you're sensitive to load order, you can also restrict the widget to specific funnels by only adding the script to those funnels' header code.

You decide. Under Tune AI you can set a fallback message — for example, 'I'm not sure about that, but I can pass it to the team' — and trigger the lead form to collect the visitor's email. You'll also see every unanswered question in Chat History so you can train the bot to handle it next time.
