Yes. When FastBots crawls your published Webflow site, it follows links into CMS collection pages, blog posts, case studies, services, team members, and trains on whatever renders publicly. Anything behind a password or in unpublished staging won't be included.

The Head Code embed loads on every published page by default. If you want it on specific pages only, paste the script into the Page Settings → Custom Code on those individual pages instead of the project-wide Head Code, and remove it from the global setting.

The FastBots script loads asynchronously, so it doesn't block your page render. You may see a small impact on absolute scores like any third-party widget, but it's designed to stay out of the critical render path.

Yes, if you connect a scheduling app through Zapier MCP. With that connected, the bot can book the slot right inside the chat: it checks availability and confirms the time without the visitor leaving the conversation. The action set depends on what you connect. If you'd rather keep it simple, the bot can instead collect the visitor's name, email, preferred time and reason for the call, then send that to your team by email, push it into your CRM through a Zapier or Make workflow, or drop your booking link for them to pick a time.
