Yes. In Classic, you paste the FastBots script into Funnel Step → Settings → Tracking Code → Header. In 2.0, you paste it once into Site → Settings → Custom Code → Header and it loads across the whole site. Same script, different place to drop it.

Yes: once the script is in the Header it loads on every page that uses that tracking code or site-wide setting. That means opt-in, sales page, order form, upsell, downsell and thank-you page all get the same chat widget without pasting code multiple times.

That's the point. You train the bot on your sales page URL, your FAQ section, your refund policy and any documents you upload: course outlines, bonus PDFs, terms. It then answers from that content rather than making things up. You can also set a fallback message for anything it doesn't know.

No. The chatbot doesn't act on the ClickFunnels order form or modify a purchase mid-conversation. It answers questions and captures leads. For the actual transaction, the visitor still uses your existing ClickFunnels checkout.

With Zapier MCP connected, the bot can write the contact into ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, a Google Sheet, or wherever you keep your list right in the conversation, as soon as the lead form is submitted. The widget loads asynchronously, so it shouldn't block the main page from rendering. For funnels where every millisecond matters on ad traffic, test the page speed before and after install: you can always remove the script if you don't like the trade-off.
