The ones we hear most before teams sign up. If yours isn’t here, our support team replies within hours during business days.

No. It handles the repetitive questions — check-in, parking, breakfast, directions — so your front desk has more time for arrivals and the conversations that actually need a person. On the Business plan and above, your team can also jump into any live chat when they want to.
+
Not directly. FastBots doesn't integrate natively with a PMS or booking engine, so it won't lock in a room mid-chat. It will answer pricing and availability questions from your trained content, link the guest to your booking page, or capture the enquiry (dates, room type, contact details) and email it to your reservations team.
+
Live availability isn't a native feature today. If your booking engine offers a public availability page or feed, the chat can point guests there. For specific date queries, the cleanest pattern is to capture the dates and have your team confirm, or use a Zapier or Make workflow once the chat ends.
+
The chat detects the language a guest writes in and replies in the same language. FastBots supports around 95 languages. Your training content can stay in English — the bot translates the reply on the way out, which is useful for hotels with a lot of international traffic.
+
On the Business plan ($89/month) and above, you can turn on Live Chat. The bot offers to connect them, the guest leaves a few contact details, and the chat appears in your dashboard for a team member to claim. The full conversation history is visible so they can pick up where the bot left off.
+
Yes — in a defined way. FastBots is an AI chatbot trained on your site, but it acts more like an AI agent when you turn on live internet search or connect a Zapier or Make workflow. It can collect a group-booking brief across several turns, validate the details, and push the captured enquiry into your reservations spreadsheet or CRM once the chat ends. It does not modify bookings or take payment mid-conversation.

Most small properties are live in around 5 minutes. You give FastBots your website URL, it crawls your rooms, rates and FAQ pages, you set the tone and house rules, then paste a one-line embed snippet into your site. Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow and most hotel builders are all supported.
+
On the Business plan and above, Auto Retrain revisits selected website pages daily, weekly or monthly, so the chat catches updates without you re-uploading anything. You can also retrain manually any time by re-crawling the page that changed.
+
There's a free plan with 1 chatbot and 50 messages a month — useful for testing on a small B&B site. Paid plans start at $39/month (Essential) for live customer-facing use. Live Chat, Auto Retrain and Email Replies are on the Business plan at $89/month. See the pricing page for current limits and add-ons.

FastBots states that uploaded data is not used to train OpenAI models through the API connection, and its data handling is GDPR compliant. You can make the chatbot private, whitelist domains and control where it's embedded. For anything sensitive — payment details, ID documents — keep that conversation with your front desk rather than the chat.
