Will the bot make up an action if something isn't connected?

No. The bot only has access to the actions you've enabled in FastBots. If a visitor asks for something the agent can't do, it falls back to a normal reply or hands to a human through Live Chat on Business plan and above. We'd rather it say 'I'll get someone to follow up' than fabricate a booking that didn't happen.

What's the difference between Zapier MCP and standard Zapier?

Standard Zapier and Make workflows are event-driven, a lead form fires a Zap after the chat, or a Zap queries the bot from outside. Zapier MCP is in-conversation: the bot decides mid-chat that an action is needed, runs it, and uses the result in its next reply. Both have their place, and you can use them together.

Does the agent work on WhatsApp and other channels?
