The ones we hear most before teams sign up. If yours isn’t here, our support team replies within hours during business days.

Open Telegram, search for @BotFather and start a chat. Use the /newbot command to create a bot, give it a name and a username ending in 'bot', and copy the API token BotFather gives you. In FastBots, open your chatbot, go to Integrations, click Connect under Telegram, paste the token, and click Authenticate. Send your bot a test message and it'll reply using your trained content.
+
No — and we wouldn't pitch it that way. The bot handles the repetitive Telegram messages so your team isn't typing the same answers all day. For anything that needs human judgement, you can enable Live Chat on Business plan and above and a real person takes over the conversation.
+
Not directly. The chatbot can collect a booking request — name, contact details, preferred time — and either email it to your team or push it into a tool through Zapier or Make. For the actual booking or payment, point the customer at your existing booking link or have someone follow up. Mid-conversation tool calling isn't a general capability today.
+
You can start free — 1 chatbot, 50 messages a month, no credit card. Paid plans start at $39/month, and Live Chat with human handover is on the Business plan ($89/month) and above. See the pricing page for current limits and add-ons.

You train it once and it uses the same knowledge across every channel. Add your website URL or sitemap, upload PDFs, paste in FAQs, or drop in a YouTube link, and the bot answers from that. You can also write custom instructions in Tune AI to set tone, role and what it should never say.
+
Around 95 languages. If a Telegram user messages in Spanish, German or Portuguese, the bot can hold the conversation in their language. You can also translate stored conversations on eligible plans.
+
Yes. The bot you train is one brain — you can deploy it on your website widget, share a direct link, and connect it to Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Slack. The training only needs to happen once.
+
Every conversation lands in Chat History in your FastBots dashboard. You can search them, export them, see which questions the bot couldn't answer, and add those gaps to your training. On Business plan and above you can also translate the transcripts.
+
Yes. On the integration page in FastBots, click the Settings icon, paste a new BotFather token in place of the old one, and click Authenticate. The chatbot will then respond on the new Telegram bot instead.
+
The token is what lets FastBots send and receive messages on your bot's behalf — it's stored against your chatbot and only used for that. If you ever want to disconnect, you can revoke the token in BotFather or replace it in FastBots at any time.
