How do I install FastBots on PrestaShop?

Log in to your PrestaShop admin, go to Design → Theme & Logo, click Advanced Customization (or Theme Customization depending on your version) and find the Custom Code section. Paste your FastBots script into the Header field and save. Refresh your storefront and the chat widget should appear across every page.

Can the chatbot look up a shopper's order?

Not on PrestaShop. The deep order-lookup capability is currently only available inside the native Shopify integration. On PrestaShop, the chatbot can answer policy questions and capture the order number plus the shopper's email so your team can follow up.

Will it recommend products from my catalogue?

It can recommend products that are on the pages you've trained it on — so if a product page is in its knowledge, it can describe and link to it. It doesn't pull live catalogue data the way the Shopify integration does, so a brand-new product won't appear until you retrain or until auto retrain picks it up.

What if it doesn't know the answer?

You set a fallback message — usually something like "I'm not sure on that one, let me grab your details and our team will reply." The chatbot then collects the shopper's email and emails the lead to you. On the Business plan, it can offer a live-chat handover instead.

Does it support multiple languages?

Yes, around 95. Useful if your PrestaShop store sells across Europe — a French or Spanish shopper can ask in their own language and get a sensible reply, even if your store content is in English.
