The ones we hear most before teams sign up. If yours isn’t here, our support team replies within hours during business days.

WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM and Telegram are all native channels. You can connect one or all of them to the same trained chatbot. Email Replies and Slack are also supported channels if you need them.

No. The Instagram integration only handles inbound direct messages. It won't comment on posts, reply to story mentions or post to your feed. Treat it as a 24/7 DM inbox assistant, not a social media tool.

FastBots doesn't have a native SMS channel, so it won't carry a two-way SMS conversation the way it does WhatsApp or Messenger. It can, however, send an SMS as an action: connect an SMS app like Twilio through Zapier MCP and the bot can fire off a text during the conversation, such as a confirmation or a link, or you can trigger one with a simpler Zapier or Make workflow after the chat.

If your store runs on Shopify, the chatbot can pull live order info through the native Shopify integration. For other stores, the bot can ask for an order number and email in the DM and hand it to your team: it doesn't talk to your store data directly in that case.
+
Yes. The WhatsApp channel connects to a WhatsApp Business number through the documented setup inside FastBots. A personal WhatsApp account won't work. Setup takes a bit of effort the first time but you only do it once.

Yes, on the Business plan ($89/month) and above. Live Chat lets a team member claim an unanswered DM, see the full conversation history and reply in real time during your set availability hours. The customer stays in the same thread on whichever channel they messaged you on.

Around 95. The bot detects the customer's language automatically and replies in it, useful if you sell to international customers or have a global Instagram following. You can also set a default tone and house rules in your own language.
+
You control which sources the bot uses: only your trained content, broader AI knowledge, live internet search, or a mix. For DMs about pricing, shipping and policies we recommend trained-content-only, that way it can only quote from what you've fed it. You can also set a custom fallback message for questions it shouldn't try to answer.

Channel integrations including WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and Slack are on the Essential plan ($39/month) and above. The free plan is enough to build and test a bot, but you'll need a paid plan to connect it to a live DM channel.

Training the bot on your website usually takes around five minutes. Connecting WhatsApp Business takes a bit longer the first time because of Meta's verification steps; Instagram, Messenger and Telegram are quicker. Most people are live on at least one channel the same day.
