The ones we hear most before teams sign up. If yours isn’t here, our support team replies within hours during business days.

No, and it shouldn't. The bot handles the repetitive pre-sale and admin questions — pricing, access, login, refunds — so you can spend your time on actual coaching and content. Personal conversations, feedback and group calls still come from you.
+
Not as a deep data sync. FastBots is added to those platforms as a chat widget — Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Systeme.io, WordPress and others have documented installation routes. The bot trains on the public content of those pages, not on student progress inside the platform.
+
Not natively. The chatbot doesn't take actions mid-conversation. What it can do is recognise that someone wants a call, capture their name and email through the lead form, and pass that to your team or your scheduling link. The actual booking happens on your existing calendar tool.
+
Yes — FastBots supports around 95 languages. A prospect can ask in their own language and get a coherent reply based on your trained content. The training material itself can stay in English.

You set a fallback message — for example, 'I don't have that one, leave your email and I'll get back to you.' On the Business plan and above, you can also offer live chat handover so a real person can step in. The Knowledge Assistant flags unanswered questions so you can add them later.
+
It pulls from whatever you've trained it on. If your pricing and refund page is up to date, the bot stays accurate. We'd recommend turning on auto-retrain (Business plan and above) so the bot refreshes when you update the page, and using Q&A entries to lock in your exact wording for sensitive answers.
+
A first working version takes around 5 minutes — point the crawler at your sales page, pick the URLs and test. Most coaches then spend an extra hour or two refining the tone, adding their FAQs as Q&A entries and configuring the lead form. After that it's largely hands-off.
+
Yes. Every chatbot has a direct chat link you can share inside Slack, Circle, a Facebook group, an email or your link-in-bio. Students get the same trained assistant without you needing to embed it anywhere.
+
You can start free — one chatbot, 50 messages a month, no credit card. Paid plans start at $39/month for the Essential plan, which adds integrations and higher limits. Live chat handover, email replies and auto-retrain are on the Business plan at $89/month. See the pricing page for current details.

We'd strongly recommend it doesn't. In your custom instructions, tell the bot to avoid promises about results, income or guarantees. It should describe what's included in the programme and leave outcome conversations for you on a call.
