Who is responsible for billing the clients?

You will bill your own clients using your regular payment processor and billing system.

Do clients have access to the admin in Fastbots?

If you wish to be 100% white label, then you would not give your clients the ability to login to their bot on our platform. However, if you would like to add them as a team member, you can do so.

How much can we charge our client for an AI Chatbot?

This depends hugely on who your client is and how many visitors their website receives each month. It also comes down to what level of service you are going to offer them, such as reporting, fine-tuning the chatbot for them, etc. We recommend charging a one-time set-up fee and a monthly management fee.

What plan do we need to be on to get started?

We recommend starting on the Premium plan at $99 pm and adding the custom domain add-on at $49 pm. As you gain more clients, you can move up to the agency plan, which includes both the add-ons and 30 chatbots.

What if I need to add more messages or chatbots?

You can easily add more message credits or chatbots to your account anytime and also choose the amount of message credits that are allocated to each chatbot.

Are we locked into a contract or can we cancel anytime?

While we encourage you to stay for at least 3 months to grow your client base, you can cancel at anytime or upgrade as required.

What type of content can we use to train the chatbots?

FastBots.ai supports a wide range of content types. Our built-in crawler can quickly navigate through your clients entire website and extract all text content. We currently support the importing of text, sitemaps, PDF, DOC, DOCX, CSV, XLS files, Google Sheets and YouTube video URLs.

How do I add the chatbot to my clients site?

Once the chatbot is ready, we provide a small HTML snippet. You can copy and paste this snippet into your clients website header to enable a chat bubble. Alternatively, you can use an iframe to embed the chatbot into a web page.

What LLMs models does FastBots.ai use?

We currently utilises OpenAI GPT 3.5 and GPT4 depending on your plan. However, we are always exploring new options to enhance our services, and we plan to offer more models soon.

Can I create a chatbot in a language other than English?

Yes, our platform supports around 95 languages. You can train your bot in any language, and your users can interact with it in any language.

How long does it take for us to build and deploy the chat bot?

This is one of the best parts of adding AI chatbots to your portfolio of services. They only take minutes to set up and deploy, but they add massive value to your clients businesses.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Is my clients private uploaded data being used to train Open AI?
