How do I install the chatbot on my Website?
It's super simple. All you do is take a code snippet that we provide you and add it in the head section of your website. We have full instructions on how to do that here. If you are on one of our paid plans and are concerned about doing that yourself, one of our team members will even do it for you. Just go to our installation request form, and it will be done within 24 hours.
Do you have a free trial?
Yes we do! In fact, we have a free plan (Free) that allows up to 50 messages a month.
What LLMs models does FastBots.ai use?
We currently utilises OpenAI GPT 3.5 and GPT4 depending on your plan. However, we are always exploring new options to enhance our services, and we plan to offer more models soon.

Do you provide ongoing support?

What happens if I run out of message credits?
Don't worry, you can easily buy more credits to add to your account. Just go to 'Account' and purchase however many you need. If you don't want to add more, your ChatBot will start collecting their name, email, and message from your users so you don't miss any potential sales.
Can I cancel anytime?
We find that most subscribers love the time and money savings of having an AI Chatbot but you can cancel your subscription at any time if you wish to.
Why do you delete the chatbots in the free starter plan after 14 days of inactivity?
If a free chatbot has been created and is not being used, it still consumes data storage space, which costs us money. Rather than pass on these unnecessary costs to our paid users, it makes sense to remove them. It also allows us to continue offering free chatbots to those who are actively using them.
Is FastBots.ai GDPR compliant?

Is my private uploaded data being used to train Open AI?
No, it is not. We connect to Open AI via it's API service, and as such, your data is not being used to train the Large Language Model. Read more about it here.
